Participants are welcome to book their accommodation through our website by accessing the registration section. However, please note that there is a limited number of rooms/beds available, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the first participants who book their accommodation through our website will be able to secure a spot. If all the rooms/beds are booked, the remaining participants will have to arrange their own accommodation.
